More tulips

These just came up this past week:

Starting seeds

I have a bunch of old flower seeds, so I thought, what the heck, let's see if there is still life in them.

First box of starter pots contains:

Delphiniums, 8 Asters, 8 Nasturtiums,

Second box contains

4 pumpkins for pies, 8 moon flowers,  8 Larkspur
4 vista melons

Why do I write this down?  Because in the hour of planting them, I forgot what I had planted and had to go check to write it down.

Misc

I bought a Harry Lauder Walking Stick tree.  I can't wait to get it planted.  I'm going to put it in a bed with a flaming bush shrub and some korean feather grass.
Wild strawberries in the gully are in bloom!

Hostas are coming up nicely.

Last year I subdivided my hostas.  I'm pleased to see they are coming up nicely.  Here is the giant one.

Tulips

The recent cool weather has been nice for the tulips.  They've stayed beautiful for longer than usual.
However, the wind damaged a couple, so I picked them and brought them in.
